History of Freimark Properties

Freimark Properties is a family owned and operated business that conducts residential rental housing in the Edmonds and Lynnwood area. Freimark properties was established in 1973 by Floyd Freimark, the father of Steve, who is the current owner of Freimark Properties today.

Steve’s wife, Becky, is the Manager that operates both the Villa Don and Royal Terrace apartments. Both apartment complexes remain to be a renter-oriented business which is why Freimark Properties has continued to operate for 46 years!

It's the place you want to call it home! Run by family you move there and you be one of this family. Good location,clean apts, great neighbor, FREE parking. I just moved from there 2 days ago after 6 months lease I loved the place but I had to leave for work.
